Criminal Justice provides Associate and Bachelor of
Science degree opportunities to
freshman

The College of St. Joseph prepares students for professional
careers in criminal justice, criminology, public
administration and related fields by applying
multidisciplinary and comparative social science to
understand, predict and explain crime, and contribute to the
development of informed public policy as well as individual
decision making. The Criminal Justice program develops
students intellectually, technically and ethically, while
providing a comprehensive appreciation for the complexity of
crime and public and private efforts to foster and maintain
safe communities and ensure justice.
