Robert Goddard has worked as provost and vice president of academics at McIntosh College in Dover, New Hampshire, and at Franklin Pierce University, where he was dean of graduate studies. Previous to that he taught at Antioch NE graduate school, New England College and Boston University’s prison program.

Goddard holds a doctorate in human and organizational systems and is qualified to administer the Myers-Briggs personality test.

Dr. Goddard sees the importance of practicality and students applying what they learn to real-world examples over theory alone.

“I fully enjoy participating in the classroom process emphasizing real-world examples, students bringing their life experiences as I bring my experiences and knowledge, in order to reveal theories and concepts. It is in this manner we create classrooms that are learning laboratories, where students are free to try new behaviors and learn from their experiences.”
