Rodney Pulsifer entered the law enforcement field in 1982. He is currently a Lieutenant with the Brandon Police Department. Prior to his current position, he was with the Rutland City Police Department for 20 years.  Professor Pulsifer is currently enrolled in the criminal justice master’s degree program through American Public Universities.  In addition to teaching at the College of St. Joseph, he has been an instructor at the Vermont Police Academy in Pittsfield, VT for the past 12 years.
