Student records will be released only on the written request of the student. Verbal requests are not accepted. The college does not e-mail transcripts. To submit a request, print, complete and either mail or fax the Transcript Request Form to:

Or a letter may be submitted to the address above requesting a transcript. In the letter, include the following information:
- Full Name (including name during time of enrollment if different)
- Current mailing address
- Social Security or Student lD number
- Date of Birth
- Phone number
- Email address
- Dates of attendance and year of graduation, if applicable
Listed below are the fees for transcripts:
- $5.00 for one official copy. This includes both undergraduate and graduate coursework completed at College of St. Joseph.
- $10.00 for a faxed copy. Unofficial only.
Pre-payment is required and may be made in cash by check/money order made payable to College of St. Joseph or by credit card. Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Transcripts are usually released within 48 hours of receipt of the written request and are sent by United States Postal Service. Please allow enough mailing time when requesting transcripts. It is the student’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate mailing information when submitting a request. Incomplete information may delay receipt of the transcript.
Requests will be processed as quickly and in the order they are received. Processing time may increase at the end of a semester due to the higher volume of requests. Transcripts sent directly from the college to another institution or given to the student in a sealed envelope will bear the signature of the registrar and the official seal of the college. The college reserves the right to deny copies of transcripts or other records if the student has an overdue financial obligation to the college or if there is an unresolved disciplinary or academic dishonesty action against the student. Transcript requests will be kept on file for 30 days to allow for resolving financial obligations to the school. After 30 days a new request and payment will be required.
