Melissa Pike was named the Sunrise Conference Pitcher of
the Week (April 28). She recorded an
11-strikeout performance in a 10-0 win over Southern
Vermont College. Irene Tompkins was named the Sunrise
Conference Player of the Week (April 28) after batting
.619 with 13 runs, 12 RBIs, three home runs, three doubles
and two triples in six games. Two of her home runs came in
a 10-win over Southern Vermont College.
The Women's Softball Team will be advancing to
the NAIA Regional Tournament, May 7-9.
Jessica Reubel was named the Sunrise Conference
Player of the Week (April 21). Jessica batted .400, drove in
three runs and scored twice in four games.
Irene Tompkins was named Sunrise
Conference Player of the Week (April 14) in Women's Softball.
Irene batted .632 leading the Fighting Saints to a 6-0 week.
