The softball program at College of St. Joseph believes that teamwork is the key to success. They pride themselves on working together as a unit and putting the team first. The Lady Saints are led by head coach Audrey Grinnell, who took over the team in 2014 and brings first-class playing and coaching experience to the table.
CSJ softball had an overall record of 11-21 during the 2014-15 season. They made it to the Yankee Small College Conference Championship game in their very first year back and have continued showing improvement. In the fall of 2015, they made it to the YSCC Fall Championship game against conference foe NHTI. The Lady Saints are striving towards earning a bid to the United States Collegiate Athletic Association Small College World Series.
The softball program at CSJ has a strong pitching staff as well as an offensive attack with the ability to put hits together in bunches.
