In partnership with the Vermont Department of Health and the Rutland Area Prevention Coalition we are pleased to provide you with access to E-Check Up to Go, an alcohol screening and education resource.
The first 100 students who complete E-Check Up to Go will receive a movie pass by bringing their completion certificate to Counseling Services. E-Check Up to Go provides you with personalized feedback regarding your individual drinking patterns, your unique personal family risk factors, and your specific heath and personal consequences associated with alcohol use.
E-Check Up to Go is an evidence-based online prevention and intervention developed by psychologists at San Diego State University. This resource, designed for college students, is intended to reduce dangerous and destructive drinking. You are also able to access helpful campus and local resources though E-Check Up to Go.
Your participation, while voluntary, is strongly encouraged. Please be assured that your identity will remain confidential as only basic non-identifying information will be shared with the Vermont Department of Health and the Rutland Area Prevention Coalition, our funding source for this initiative.
If you have specific questions regarding this resource please contact Mark Gagnon at 802-776-5256.
