The College of St. Joseph is honored to announce the addition of Richard A. Loutzenheiser, Mark B. Oskam, and James B. Stewart to its Board of Trustees.
Loutzenheiser is President of Phoenix Casting and Machining, a producer of aluminum and brass components for original equipment manufacturers, serving mainly makers of agricultural equipment and industrial engines.
Oskam is senior vice president of technical services / procurement at Unimin Corp. of New Canaan, Conn. He is responsible for procurement, mine planning, geology and engineering functions for the largest industrial minerals company in North America. Oskam is part of the executive management group, which is responsible for setting company policy and evaluation of capital projects for recommendation to Sibelco, the company’s parent organization.
Stewart is plant manager for Omya Inc.’s Verpol Facility in Florence, Vt. He is responsible for the operation of Omya’s third largest processing facility, which employs 145 people. Stewart directs the Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental Management System objectives to achieve excellence in the production of high-quality products.
