Billing
Students are charged per semester billed monthly beginning in July for the upcoming academic year. The Fall bill is due August 15th and the Spring bill is due January 1st. Late charges are assessed on any outstanding balance due. Federal funds are disbursed electronically to the student’s account beginning the start of the semester. It is important to make sure the financial aid file is complete as well as any loan requirements so that anticipated aid will be disbursed. Other funding such as state grants and scholarships will be applied to the student’s account as funds are received from the outside source.
