Food Service
All students who reside on campus purchase the same meal plan. We have found that this best meets students’ needs and is much more convenient that having to predict the number of meals a student will eat each week. Commuter students are welcome to purchase meals as needed.
Roncalli Dining Hall is our main eating establishment on campus (located next to the terrain park). During the academic week, three meals are served every day; on weekends, there are two meals a day (brunch and dinner).
Fitz-Vogt & Associates is our provider of food service in the dining hall. Muffie Harvey, our director, makes every effort to meet the dietary needs of all students. She has been known to personally solicit home-cooked recipes from students in order to help them overcome homesickness.
After hours, the Business Club operates a sub shop out of the student lounge in Tuttle Hall. Currently their hours are 7:00pm-10:00pm. They also offer on-campus delivery.
The City of Rutland has many quality eating establishments that are within short driving distances and many deliver to campus.
