CSJ Learning Center
Academic support in the basic skill areas is available to all full-time students at the College of St. Joseph through the CSJ Learning Center. Whether a student needs assistance with an assignment or paper, or is having trouble mastering the course content of a subject, we are available to provide assistance. The Learning Center offers academic skills classes, arranges tutoring and provides a quiet distraction-free environment for study and learning.
Our Mission

- To assist in securing academic accommodations and services for those students who have self-identified as having a diagnosed learning difference

- To design mechanisms that introduce and promote effective learning
Programs and Services
Coordinating delivery of services for students with learning differences or disabilities, such as untimed testing, additional tutoring, and progress monitoring
Proofreading of papers for all students (if presented to us within a reasonable time)
Tutoring of all 100 and 200 level classes
