At College of St. Joseph dining is more than crowding people into a dining hall. It’s a meal with friends and family.
Enjoy a variety of offerings daily inside the main dining area of Roncalli Dining Hall, or on our outdoor deck. Dining services at CSJ are provided by Metz Culinary Management.

During breakfast, lunch, and dinner, we offer a wide selection of items including classic favorites, hot sides, and specialty sandwiches. In addition, we offer a live-well selections, which enable our guests to choose lowfat and low-cal items.
J. Clark’s Grille
The Grill features made to order gourmet burgers, hot dogs, chicken patties, grilled chicken breast, specialty sandwiches, and French fries, just to name a few. Available at lunch or dinner.
Fresh dough pizzas and Italian specialties including pasta dishes, Stromboli, and oven baked calzones are made daily for lunch or dinner.
On selected days, we offer fun presentation cooking during lunch or dinner, where you can customize your meal and watch it made before your eyes. Some of our most popular cook to order items are the Asian Noodle Bowl, Chopped Salad Cuisine, and International Entrees.
Green Scene & DuJour
Our staff prepares different homemade soups daily to compliment our full salad bar. Hearty, healthy, and vegetarian selections are offered, as well as, mixed greens, fresh garden vegetables, and assorted dressings that are sure to please.
Market Street Deli
We offer a variety of fresh toppings, select meats and cheeses, tuna, egg and chicken salad and an assortment of fresh baked breads, rolls, and wraps, at our self serve Market Street station. Additionally, we have available a Panini press allowing our guests to have a hot toasted sub or sandwich. Try our daily sandwich feature for something different.
Meal plans and dining hours
We offer a 19 meal plan for all resident students and offer commuters, faculty and staff discount plans, which are available for purchase at the Dining Hall.
Hot Breakfast: Monday to Friday – 7:30 – 9:30 a.m.
Late Breakfast: Monday to Friday – 9:30 – 11 a.m.
Brunch: Saturday and Sunday to 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Lunch: Monday: Friday – 11:45 a.m. – 1:15 p.m.
Dinner: Monday to Thursday – 5:30 – 7 p.m.
Dinner, Friday, Saturday and Sunday – 5 – 6 p.m.
Most medically indicated diets ordered by a physician can be provided. Please contact our General Manager Muffie Harvey.
