Wellness Programs

We are dedicated to your overall well-­being during your time at CSJ, and a variety of offices work collaboratively to bring wellness initiatives to campus.

One of the most important aspects of wellness is nutrition, and our director of food services works closely with local distributors to ensure that hyper-local veggies make their way onto your dinner plate!

Our Athletics department offers various opportunities for physical wellness for student athletes, including strength and conditioning training, weight training and open gym time. The College also offers one-credit classes in yoga, bowling, dance and spinning, both on-campus and at local fitness centers.

Spiritual wellness is important to the CSJ community, and we are dedicated to building a community based on the values of the Sisters of St. Joseph. We offer several opportunities to develop spirituality including community service and weekly religious reflections.

Counseling Services works to ensure the mental wellness of all students.
